Recruiting agents in the insurance industry have become more difficult recently after covid-19 side effects haunting our recruitment process and all our traditional recruitment strategies which we have been using for ages. Traditional techniques which we have been using since ages are not giving us good results now. Techniques like 1to1 recruitment, meeting people
at their home or their offices and convincing them to work as an insurance agent on a commission basis in our team. Since the covid-19 pandemic, we have seen that traditional techniques have absolutely lost their effect from the current market scenario and the results which we are expecting from this kind of activities are not being delivered. Moreover, these traditional techniques are very time-consuming and very low in terms of conversion ratio.
